We want you to be happy with your purchase from Al Noor Homes. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can verify the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer where stock allows.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items, items damaged by misuse, and products marked as non-returnable on their product page cannot be returned.
How to request a return
Please reach out through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the refund. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method or as otherwise agreed with you, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
